Warren float wows Fall River

It was made for the Bristol Fourth of July parade, but Discover Warren’s patriotic float, full of iconic Warren imagery, blazed a path to Fall River this past weekend. For weeks, the float had been parked outside Tom’s Market; long enough for members of the Clube Recreativo Cultural Port across the street to take notice. Prior to the large Holy Ghost parade held Saturday in Fall River, club members approached the float’s builders and asked if they could bring it to the Spindle City. Absolutely, came the response. The response was great, Discover Warren volunteers said.
