•William Eydt, et al, 22 Touisset Road. Renovate bathroom, install two French doors, re-side 40 percent of house, re-frame porch and shingles. $50,000.

•William Monast, 2 Monast Ave. Strip and re-roof. $1,000.

•Michael T. Collins, 9 Warren Ave. Add walk-in closet and bathroom in master bedroom, $5,000.

•Edward B. Dean, Read Avenue. Demolish and remove shed, modify existing deck by removing platform adjacent to property line. $1,000.

•Marty C. Tatum, 15 Baltimore Ave. Install seven replacement windows and one door. $7,000.

•Eamon Lawless, 39 Cherry St. Strip and re-roof, install 23 vinyl replacement windows. $17,000.
