Tiverton, Portsmouth declare Friday parking bans ahead of snowstorm

Tiverton and Portsmouth are among the first towns in the state to declare parking bans ahead of the Friday snowstorm.

Tiverton’s starts at 8 a.m. Friday and goes until further notice.

Portsmouth’s starts at 7 a.m. Friday and lasts until 7 a.m. Sunday.
