At 6:05 p.m., following an accident on Bulgarmarsh Road near Brayton Road, Donna Davenport, 61, of 225 Brayton Road, Apt. 202, Tiverton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a scheduled drug (31 pills of diazepan), possession of alcohol in the car while driving, driving while in possession of a controlled substance, and refusal to submit to a breathalyzer test. She was also charged with operating to the left of the center line and leaving the right lane of travel.

Friday, Nov. 30

At 5:03 p.m.,  Kevin Dias, 32, of 19 Mill Street, Tiverton, was charged under a 2nd District Court bench warrant for failure to pay.

Sunday, Dec. 2

After turning himself in to police at 6:06 p.m., Bernard Edwards, 35, of Fall River, was charged with violating a no contact order.

At 6:19 p.m., Jonathan Paul Nunes,  19, of 25 Terrace Avenue, Tiverton, was charged with domestic vandalism following an altercation with a family member.
