EAST PROVIDENCE — The ChoruS of East Providence is a diverse, intergenerational, non-auditioned group of people who love to sing. Its mission is to educate members and the public about music and choral singing while fostering an appreciation of music by all, enhancing the cultural life of the community.

The Chorus of East Providence was incorporated as a Rhode Island non-profit organization in September 2007 and is now designated as a 501(c)(3) status organization.

The ChoruS is led by its Board of Directors and operates in accordance with its Bylaws. The ChoruS of East Providence has elected a new slate of officers for the 2013-2014 musical season including:
Sandra Medeiros – Vice President
Judith Antonio -Secretary
Maureen Conroy- President
Phil Abbatomarco- Treasurer

ChoruS summer performances include the opening celebration of Saint Martha’s Heritage Days Friday night, June 21, at 7 p.m. and the singing of the National Anthem Friday, June 28, at 7:05 p.m. at the Paw Sox’s game in Pawtucket .
