While the title screen is limited through October 31st, the jack-o-lantern skin will be a FREE download to keep.

ATLUS and ACE Team today revealed that the Steam-exclusive PC version of Rock of Ages would be celebrating Halloween with a 25% off discount through 10/31. In addition to discounting the game, ATLUS and developer ACE Team will also make a number of content changes in recognition of Halloween, including a limited time updated title screen and a new in-game jack-o’-lantern boulder skin.
 
“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH,” screamed Aram Jabbari, Manager of PR and Sales at ATLUS, in a terribly poor attempt at making his press release quote more frightening.  ”As I was saying, we’re excited to work with ACE Team, the talented developers of Rock of Ages, to deliver a fun Halloween update for our acclaimed, unique tower offense offering.  With a ton of great press and solid fan feedback, it’s hard to see how anyone could pass up the limited 25% sale, especially considering how players who sign into the game during the duration of the discount will be treated to special themed content.  Who’s going to say no to jack-o’-lanterns, folks.  No, really… Who?” he asked, his eyes narrowing.

Rock of Ages is currently available on Xbox LIVE® Arcade for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PC via Steam.  It is scheduled to roll onto PlayStation Network for PlayStation 3 system later this year.
