PROVIDENCE — The Rhode Island Department of Transportation has announced two ribbon-cutting ceremonies, both for Friday, Nov. 30, heralding recently completed projects in East Providence.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony is slated for Friday, Nov. 30, to officially open the recently completed 10-Mile River Bridges Project on North Broadway.
