Power slowly returns to East Bay

By   /   February 10, 2013  /   1 Comment

gridSubcontractors and regular National Grid line workers are slowly restoring power to the hard-hit towns of Barrington, Warren and Bristol. Some power returned to Barrington and Warren around 3 a.m., and a large swath of Bristol was back on the grid by 1:30 p.m. Sunday. However, there were still hundreds more in the East Bay without power during the afternoon.

National Grid has estimated that everyone in the affected areas should have restoration of service by 11:45 p.m. Monday.
