A youngster shares a special moment with Santa Claus at the Portsmouth library at the annual tree lighting Sunday.
- Santa and Mrs. Claus read “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas” to children at the 29th annual tree lighting at the Portsmouth Free Public Library Sunday evening. Santa arrived by fire truck, then greeted each child and handed out candy canes.
