Christoper J. Adams, 24, of Bristol, was charged with domestic assault at 9:04 a.m. Police said that a witness reported seeing him strike a woman in the head.

Thursday, Jan. 31

After coming upon a car parked in the Carnegie Abbey Marina lot, at 12:05 a.m., and then pulling it over a short distance away, police charged Christopher M. Davis, 27, of 203 Brownell Lane, Portsmouth, with drunk driving, refusing a chemical breath test and driving with a suspended license.

Police and school officials conducted a lockdown drill in Hathaway School at around 10:30 a.m.

Friday, Feb. 1

At 8:54 a.m., Angelo G. Gordon, 42, of Middletown, was charged with domestic assault after police went to East Main Road for a report of domestic violence. He had allegedly returned to a woman’s house and, finding the doors locked, climbed in through a kitchen window. He then is accused of pushing her over a chair and slamming her head against the floor.

Sunday, Feb. 3

After pulling him over for doing a U-turn near the Mount Hope Bridge at 11:36 p.m., police arrested Sean R. Hackbarth, 23, of 43 Pocasset Ave., Tiverton, on a warrant.

Rebecca L. Barter, 23, of Fall River, was arrested on a warrant at 11:36 p.m. after a traffic stop.
