After a 1:10 p.m. traffic stop at the corner of Drift Road and Charlotte White Road, police charged Joyce M. Amaral, 38, of 60 Kirby Road, Westport, with driving with a revoked license and providing a false name.

Saturday, Dec. 22

Police responded to a disturbance call on University Drive at 5:21 a.m. where they arrested Justin M. Sowersby, 22, of 9 University Drive, Westport, with domestic assault and damaging personal property.

Sunday, Dec. 23

After going to Old Bedford Road at 4:33 p.m. for a report of suspicious activity, police charged Jared M. Medeiros, 24, of Westport (no address provided), with possession of a Class A drug.

Monday, Dec. 24,

At 9:47 a.m., Raymond J. Prevost, 20, of Fall River, was arrested on a warrant on Alberto Drive.

A structure fire was reported on Gifford Road at 3:14 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 25

A brush fire was reported in the vicinity of 154 State Road at 11:29 a.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 26

After police went to Old County Road at 3:22 p.m. for a complaint, they arrested Jeffrey J. Silva, 30, of Cranston, RI, on a default warrant.

Thursday, Dec. 27

At 11:43 a.m., police served three warrants on Francis X. Harding Jr., 57, of Russells Mill Road, Dartmouth.
