After he took off and fled when he saw unmarked police cars arriving at his residence at 11:48 a.m., Joshua M. Medeiros, 28, of 130 Brayton Road, Tiverton, was chased down by officers and apprehended, and charged under four bench warrants issued by the Superior Court, and under a 4th District Court (Kent County) bench warrant.
Tuesday, Feb. 5
At 5:28 p.m., Tyler A. Graham, 21, of Fall River, was charged with larceny under $500 after he removed some ladders from another’s property, and with willful trespass.
Wednesday, Feb. 6
Aaron Michael Lewis, 27, of Fall River, was charged at 8:08 a.m. with four counts of passing bad checks, and under a bench warrant from the 2nd District Court.
Thursday, Feb . 7
At 2:10 p.m., Jeffrey A. Viera, 43, of Westport, was charged with possession of marijuana and as a fugitive from justice in connection with an assault allegedly committed in Westport.
Tuesday, Feb. 12
After she got stuck in a a snowbank, Dorothy L. Vohnoutka, 46, of Fall River, was charged at 10:47 p.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain proper control of her vehicle, and a laned roadway violation.
Thursday, Feb. 14
Nathaniel Carleton, 25, of 50 Lawton Avenue, Tiverton, was charged at 6:57 a.m., under an affidavit and arrest warrant from Portsmouth police, in connection with a domestic offense.
Friday, Feb. 15
At 11:48 a.m., Kyle James Vasconcelos, 18, of 96 Wood Lily Road, Tiverton, was charged with receiving stolen goods (a GPS unit and sunglasses).
