Tiverton police: driver with gun hit with license, permit violations


Tuesday, Oct. 23

At 4:10 p.m., after emerging from a business on State Avenue that he’d allegedly victimized, John Farley, 23, of 1 Mill Street, Tiverton, was charged with breaking and entering a building during the daytime.

Thursday, Oct. 25

Jairon W. Reyes, 32, of Cranston, was charged at 2:27 p.m. under an affidavit and arrest warrant and with obstructing an officer in the execution of his duties.

At 9:48 p.m., Kathleen M. Caron, 47, of 16 Mill Street, Tiverton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, refusing both a preliminary breath test and a breathalyzer test, with speeding in excess of 11 miles over the speed limit, and with four other motor vehicle violations.

Friday, Oct. 26

Michael D. Rodrigues, 36, of  78 Thibault Street, Tiverton, was charged at 10:06 p.m. with disorderly conduct and possession of a scheduled drug (oxycodone) after he was found by police sitting in the middle of Corys Lane.

Saturday, Oct. 27

At 4:57 a.m., Jason M. Perry, 34, of 333 Main Road, Apt. #D, Tiverton, was charged with domestic vandalism.

Robert Homer, 46, of 79 East Beardsworth Road, Tiverton, was charged at 8:05 p.m. with driving with an invalid license and carrying a pistol without a license or permit.
