Tiverton police: driver rear-ends parked car, faces DUI, heroin charges

Wednesday, April 17

After rear-ending a parked car on north Main Road at 6:19 p.m., Matthew Ceiley, 27, of Middletown, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and with possession, and with driving while in possession, of a scheduled drug (heroin).

Thursday, April 18

William H. Cheetham, 41, of 34 Songbird Lane, Tiverton, was charged at 3:05 p.m. under a 2nd District Court bench warrant with failure to pay fines on a suspended license charge.

At 4:49 p.m., Antone G. Medeiros, 50, of Fall River, was charged under a 2nd District Court bench warrant with failure to appear on a failure to pay charge.

Friday, April 19

After a physical altercation at 4:25 a.m. that involved punching and scratching and breaking a glass plate, and injuries that included a black eye and scratches, Christine Boucher, 51, and Christopher J. St.Pierre, 45, both of 600 Fish Road, Tivertonwere charged, she with domestic assault and domestic vandalism, and he with domestic assault.

Sunday, April 21

After a high speed pursuit at 110 mph northbound on Route 24 at 1:05 p.m., Carlos M. Villanueva, 22,of Fall River, was charged with high speed pursuit, first offense, and driving with an invalid license.

At 1:09 p.m., Tara N. Bigelow, 28, of 1 Mill Street, #1212, Tiverton, was charged with domestic vandalism.
