Tiverton police: 22-year speeding driver busted for DUI

At 1:25 a.m., Brandon F. Hamilton, 22, of 26 Kenyon Road, Tiverton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, refusal to submit to both a preliminary breath test and a breathalyzer test, and driving in excess of 11 mph over the speed limit.

Tuesday, July 16

At 5:40 p.m., Sean C. Lauffer, 27, of Seekonk, was charged with violation of a restraining order.

Wednesday, July 17

Cherie Gagnon, 27, of Fall River, was charged at 7:36 a.m. under a 2nd District Court bench warrant.

At 6 p.m., Edward G. Teves, 31, of Fall River, was charged with two counts of possession of a scheduled drug, driving while having an invalid license, driving while in possession of a controlled substance, and driving without a seat belt.

Sunday, July 21

At 9 a.m., a 17-year-old male juvenile from Fall River was charged with receiving stolen goods.
