Neal A. Rancourt, 47, of 36 Cedar Ave., Portsmouth, was charged at 6:18 p.m. with a sexual offender address change address offense.

Devvon T. Millington, 19, of Middletown, was charged with marijuana possession after he was found with a small amount of marijuana in bis backpack at Portsmouth High School at 12:40 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 18

After one car ran out of gas and stopped in a travel lane on West Main Road near Raytheon, another car slammed into it from behind at 12:48 p.m. Neither driver was hurt but both vehicles were towed.

Saturday, Oct. 20

At 5:07 p.m., Robert A. Homer Jr., 46, of 79 Beardsworth Road, Tiverton, was charged with driving with a suspended license and arrested on a bench warrant from 2nd Division District Court.
