Police arrested Nicole B. Bessette, 31, of 106 Wilkey Ave., Portsmouth, at 10:45 a.m. on a warrant for a disorderly conduct charge stemming from a Sept. 7 incident in which she allegedly became angry and struck a computer after being refused service at a local liquor store.
