Little Compton police: snow and ice plowed by truck damages car

Friday, Feb. 22

A Sakonnet Point Road resident reported at 1 p.m. that on Feb. 3, while his vehicle was parked in his driveway near the road, a snowplow truck went by and plowed snow and ice into the side of his vehicle, causing damage.

Saturday, Feb. 23

At 9:54 a.m., a caller reported that some items were missing from the Little Compton Volunteer Fire Boat that had been stored at the Transfer Station.

At 12:28 p.m., a resident on West Hill Lane reported that the glass on a sliding glass door on her residence had shattered.
