Little Compton Police: Man held for marijuana, warrant

Monday, Oct. 15

While investigating a complaint on Crandall Road from a motorist, police arrested Jason A. Camara, 31, of Fall River after learning he was wanted on a bench warrant issued by 2nd District Court for failure to appear. He was also charged with possession of marijuana after police found a baggie of marijuana in his pocket.

Thursday, Oct. 18

An East Main Rd resident told police that his truck that was parked in his dooryard was vandalized overnight. A large rock was thrown throught the back window.

At 6:57 p.m., a vehicle struck and killed a deer on Long Highway. The driver was unhurt.
