EAST PROVIDENCE — The following are reports of incidents culled from the East Providence Police Department log from Nov. 6 through Nov. 13.

Thursday, Nov. 8

Two 15-year-old juveniles were arrested on charges of shoplifting after police responded to a call at approximately 3:58 p.m. from Marshall’s Department Store located at 1925 Pawtucket Ave. One of the youths was found to have two pairs of pants, each valued at $9.99, in his backpack.

Saturday, Nov. 10

Bradford Michael McIlvaine, 23, of 756 Quaker Lane, Apt. 112, Warwick, was arrested on a charge of receiving stolen merchandise after a routine police patrol on Warren Avenue in the area of the Wachemoket Bar. A patrolman driving by the rear parking lot of the building noticed a green Ford Escort wagon without a front license plate. Upon viewing the rear, Rhode Island plate, a registration check found the tag to have been reported missing by a different vehicle owner. Mr. McIlvaine was later taken into custody.

Sunday, Nov. 11

Jean N. Daluz, 27, of 267 North Brow St., Apt. 2nd, was arrested on three misdemeanor counts of Domestic Simple Assault, Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Domestic Vandalism after police responded to a disturbance call at 274 North Brow St. at approximately 4:54 p.m. Mr. Daluz was accused of arguing with the mother of his child, who claimed he was “up in her face.” The victim also alleged the suspect to have been “drinking all day” and to have smashed her cell phone.
