Someone wants a Deerfield Avenue woman to keep her smoking inside, but there’s just one problem – the woman doesn’t smoke.

On Thursday, Oct. 25, the woman told police she received a letter asking that she close her home’s vent.

The letter stated the woman’s cigarette smoke was getting into the writer’s living space and it was disgusting.

The woman told police she doesn’t smoke, and said she knows all her neighbors and doesn’t know who would write such a letter.
