Plans for a proposed development dubbed Palmer Pointe.
The meeting will be held in Barrington Public Library beginning at 7 p.m.
Palmer Pointe is a 48-unit affordable housing development slated for land currently occupied by Sowams Nursery.
Pre-application meetings do not typically allow for public comment but tonight will be a different story as planning board chairman Michael McCormick has decided to permit public input.
The decision was well received by Community Opposed to Development 02806, a group of residents who have banded together against the project.
The EBCDC hosted an informational meeting on the proposal at the same venue last month.
