Plans for a proposed development dubbed Palmer Pointe.
The meeting will run from 7:30 to 9 p.m. It will be held inside the Barrington Public Library auditorium.
The proposal includes the construction of 50 affordable housing units on land formerly used for Sowams Nursery.
The meeting was scheduled after the EBCDC requested that a concept plan pre-application meeting with the town’s planning board and technical review committee be re-scheduled in September.
