The National Grid power outage map was reporting dozens of Barrington customers still without power on Saturday morning, following a snowstorm on Friday.
The map showed most of the outages to be located in the Hampden Meadows section of Barrington. Power was reported out on Christine Drive, Sowams Road and on Orchard Avenue. The map estimated that power would be restored to some of the residents by Saturday afternoon; other outages had not been assigned repair crews yet.
The storm, which started early Friday morning, caked tree limbs and power lines with heavy, wet snow. Some of the outages have been due to downed tree limbs that ripped out power lines.
