Monarchs, one more look in Little Compton

Little Compton photographer Geoff Dennis managed to catch another image of Monarch butterflies swarming in trees near Goosewing Beach before they set off for the south. “Nearly 50 percent of the Monarchs had departed this tree by the time this shot was taken – they were departing way too early in poor light for decent images at the start.  I doubt I’ll ever see anything close to that again around here.  And five more trees looked like this.”
