Millions of Monarch butterflies will soon make their long migration south for the winter, and thousands of them were spotted Thursday morning at Goosewing Beach in Little Compton. This photo of one tree covered with the butterflies was taken by Geoff Dennis who said that well over 5,000 monarchs roosted in six trees at sunrise.
