Jamiel swears in Minicucci for probate seat

Mr. Minicucci, who practices estate and probate law in Providence, is married to Judge Jamiel’s niece, and was selected as the new judge by the Warren Town Council in early December.A Providence attorney with ties to Warren is Warren’s new probate judge, replacing retiring Judge Morphis Jamiel. “Nobody can really replace Judge Jamiel, but I would hope to succeed him,” he told the council during his interview.
