In Barrington, big used book sale this weekend

Looking for a good book? Barrington Public Library is a good place to start.

Especially this weekend.

The Friends of the Barrington Public Library are holding their annual Used Book Sale on Saturday, Nov. 3, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday, Nov. 4, from noon to 3 p.m. in the senior center, which is located behind the library.

Admission is free.

The benefit preview is on Friday evening, Nov. 2. From 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. admission is $20; from 7:30 to 9 p.m. admission is $10 or free to members of the Friends of the Library.

Thousands of books and audio/visual materials for all ages, including fiction, nonfiction, out-of-print, and collectibles, will be available.

All proceeds go to the library to benefit our patrons.
