PORTSMOUTH — All are welcome to join a public forum at the Portsmouth Free Public Library on Monday, Nov. 19, at 6:30 p.m. and learn about the Portsmouth Arts and Culture Committee’s detailed plan for the project.

Hear about a line-up of arts programming geared to benefit citizens from youngsters to seniors, as well as thecCommittee’s plan to revitalize a currently town-owned site in the community.  Learn about ways that you can support this project.
