The second annual Pizza Tasting Faceoff, a benefit event for the Barrington Girls’ Hockey Association, will be held on Jan. 27 at Barrington High School.
The event, which will run from noon until 3 p.m., raises money for the Barrington/Portsmouth Co-op ice hockey team practice bus, scrimmages and an annual scholarship.
The second annual face-off will feature some of the best pizza in the East Bay and an assortment of homemade desserts. There will also be some fund-raising raffles and an auction. Some of the items that will be included in the auction are travel packages and boating excursions.
