East Providence sets polling places for Sept. 11 primary

EAST PROVIDENCE — The following is a list of polling locations provided by the East Providence Canvassing Department for the Tuesday, Sept. 11, Primary Election. The sites are final. Please note specific State Senate, House and City Council districts and wards. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at each location.

  • Francis School, 64 Bourne Ave.: Senate District 14, House District 63, U.S. House District 1
  • City View Manor, 99 Goldsmith Ave.: Senate 14, House 63, U.S. 1
  • Whiteknact School, 261 Grosvenor Ave.: Senate 14, House 63, U.S. 1, City Council Ward 2
  • Rumford Towers, 95 Newman Ave.: House 63, U.S. 1
  • East Providence High School, 2000 Pawtucket Ave., House 63, U.S. 1, Council 2
  • St. Martha Church, 2595 Pawtucket Ave., House 63, U.S. 1, Council 3
  • City Hall, first floor, 145 Taunton Ave., Senate 14, U.S. 1, Council 2
  • Hennessey School, 75 Fort St.: Senate 14, U.S. 1, Council 2
  • Martin Middle School, Brown Street: Senate 14, U.S. 1, Council 3
  • Kent Heights School, 2680 Pawtucket Ave: Senate 14, House 65, U.S. 1, Council 3
  • Riverside Congregational Church, 295 Bullocks Point Ave.: House 65, U.S. 1, Council 3
  • Harbor View Manor, 3663 Pawtucket Ave.: House 65, U.S. 1
  • Riverside Library, 475 Bullocks Point Ave.: House 65, U.S. 1
  • Oldham School, 640 Bullocks Point Ave.: House 65, U.S. 1

Editor’s Note: The Sept. 6 print edition of The Post, based off information on the Secretary of State’s website, incorrectly had poll closing times as 9 p.m. The SOS website has since corrected its error.
