East Providence Public Works sets holiday rubbish removal changes

EAST PROVIDENCE — The City of East Providence Public Works Department has announced that due to the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, Nov. 22, rubbish, yard waste and recyclables normally collected will be delayed one day, and collected on Friday, Nov. 23.

Regular Friday collection will be delayed one day and collected on Saturday, Nov. 24. Residents are asked to have their rubbish, yard waste  and recycling containers at the curbline  by 6 a.m. The regular Thursday and Friday collections will resume on Nov. 29 and 30.
