EAST PROVIDENCE  — Buddy is a male tuxedo domestic short hair available for adoption at East Providence Animal Control Center.

Buddy has had a long journey since coming to Animal Control. He was found as a stray kitten next to a main road in East Providence. He was very ill and needed medical treatment. Buddy was administered antibiotics and supplements.

He has been neutered, vaccinated and is feline aids and leukemia negative. Buddy also had to have one of his nails extracted do to a recent injury. Otherwise, he is in great spirits and looking for his forever home. He is very social with people now, and doesn’t seem to mind the company of fellow felines.

If you are interested in Buddy, please feel free to stop by the facility any day of the week between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. We are located at 62 Commercial Way. We also have plenty of other animals in need of good homes as well. You may see the pets we have available for adoption listed on Facebook or Petfinder.com.

If you have any questions about adoption or need to speak with an Animal Control Officer regarding other issues, you may contact the staff at (401) 435-7675.
