East Providence Animal Control Center deems adopt-a-thon a success

EAST PROVIDENCE — The East Providence Animal Control Center held an adopt-a-thon over several hours Saturday, Nov. 17, at its headquarters on Commercial Way, deeming the event a success not only for finding some of its refugees new homes but also because of the generous donations given by concerned residents.
