Cutting the ribbon are WFCU founder Antone Costa, Mayor Will Flanagan and WFCU President/CEO Dennis M. Egan.

Westport Federal Credit Union (WFCU) cut the ribbon to its newest location last week, this one in Fall River.

In June, WFCU acquired Our Lady of Health Credit Union, located at 73 Reeves Street, Fall River. The conversion was completed on November 5 and now allows WFCU members to conduct business at all three locations.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held to commemorate the grand opening with WFCU founder, Antone Costa, Mayor Will Flanagan and WFCU President/CEO Dennis M. Egan, doing the honors. After the ceremony, attendees and members mingled and enjoyed a light luncheon.

The Fall River Branch is open Monday and Tuesday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. It is closed on Wednesdays.
