PORTSMOUTH — Brenner, Realtors of Newport and Fall River has announced the sale  for $1 million of approximately 8.9 acres of land in Portsmouth, representing the previously uncompleted portion of the Clock Tower business and professional condominium development on the west side of West Main Road near the end of Route 24.

The purchaser, Clock Tower Square, LLC, of Warwick,  intends to complete the development project with a similar type of combination first level retail/professional condos and upper level professional office units.

Dates for commencement of construction, as well as availability of units for purchase and occupancy, will be announced by the new developer within the next few months.
