Barrington will offer Christmas tree pick-up service starting Monday, Jan. 7

The Town of Barrington will offer Christmas tree pick-up services to residents starting Monday, Jan. 7.

The Barrington Department of Public Works will begin its Christmas tree collection program on Monday, Jan. 7. The program will continue for three weeks.
Residents placing their trees curbside for pick-up are asked to remove any plastic bags or decorations, including tinsel.
The curbside yard waste pick-up program has ended for the season. It will resume in April. Residents may bring grass and leaves to the yard waste bin at the recycling center Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., and Sunday between 8 a.m. and noon.
