Barrington’s warming center has moved from Primrose Hill School to Atria Senior Living on Bay Spring Avenue as of 11 a.m. Sunday.
Town Manager Peter DeAngelis said the town was happy Atria agreed to open up its doors to residents from around town, who are free to utilize the facility to get warm. Mr. DeAngelis said Atria also has food available.
Primrose Hill School had been open since about 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Roughly 5,500 of 6,800 National Grid customers are still without power in Barrington, as of 11 a.m. on Sunday.
