The Town of Barrington wants residents to be ready in case of an emergency, such as the possibility of rough weather next week, and has posted a variety of information online with tips on how to be prepared.
Among the information is a checklist of supplies every household should have. The notice states support and other resources may not be readily available after an emergency and accordingly, residents should have at least three days of supplies.
