A 13-year-old Australian shepherd reportedly bit a Bristol County Water Authority employee while the man was in a Barrington resident’s yard doing some work recently.

Barrington police were notified by the Bristol Medical Center that the incident took place on Maple Avenue. Police said the BCWA employee, a 59-year-old Warren resident, was doing work at a Maple Avenue residence when the homeowner’s dog attacked him.
