BARRINGTON — Barrington Early Childhood Center (BECC), the highest rated BrightStars preschool in the East Bay, will be hosting an open house on Sunday, Jan. 29 from 2 to 4 p.m. for all prospective families for the 2012-2013 school year.
BECC offers programs for children between the ages of two years and nine months and five.
