Thanks to the efforts of many, the 2012 Little Compton Scenic Road Race was a huge success!
Over 350 runners and walkers supported by family and friends and plenty of volunteers turned out on a nearly 50 degree Saturday morning in January to take part in this year’s 4.8 mile road race. Sponsored by the Little Compton Education Foundation, the race’s proceeds will benefit the students at Wilbur McMahon School by supporting enrichment programs.
There are a number of people who helped in making the day a success and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them on behalf of the Little Compton Education Foundation.
