TIVERTON — John Loughlin of Tiverton will serve as executive director of Republican Barry Hinckley’s Senate campaign to unseat incumbent Democratic Senator Sheldon Whitehouse. “John has served our state as a three-term state legislator. He has also served our country, having recently returned from Iraq where he served as a lieutenant colonel in the Army National Guard. He brings integrity, a tremendous work ethic and real leadership to our campaign,” Mr. Hinckley said.
