NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 03, 2013 at 7:00 p.m., at the Westport Town Hall, 816 Main Road, Westport, MA to hear the following:
7:00 P.M. Tobin Realty Trust RE: A request for a variance for relief from Westport Zoning Bylaw 7.0-Intensity Regulation (requires that the minimum frontage for a single family lot shall be no less than 150 ft) and Section 7.6.2 (requires that a 25 ft setback be required for corner lots). The applicant proposes to construct a subdivision roadway along the southerly property line of the subject parcel, leaving the existing dwelling with a setback less than the required along the new roadway and would also reduce its legal frontage along Spinnaker Way to less than the required. The property is located at 50 Spinnaker Way also known on Assessor’s Map 22, Lots 20 & 2Y.
