By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Steven Camara and Lori A. Camara to Ronald Richards and Susan Sharples dated October 26, 2005 and recorded with Bristol County Registry of Deeds, Book 7838, Page 31, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holders, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at 10;00 o’clock A M. on the 4th day of April A.D. , 2013 ON THE mortgaged premises, the property now or formerly known as and numbered 652 Old County Road Westport, Bristol County, Massachusetts and the vacant land on the Northerly side of Old County Road, Westport, Bristol County, Massachusetts all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, With the exception of : (1) Those premises conveyed by deed of Steven Camara to Kevin M. Pacheco and Jane Collins dated January 27, 2010 recorded with Bristol S.D. Registry of Deeds in Book 9623Page 12 and described as follows:

That certain parcel or lot of land, with the improvements thereon, located in Westport, Bristol County, Massachusetts, being bounded and described as follows: Being Lot 3 as shown on a plan entitled “Approval Not Required Old County Road, Westport, MA Date: April 10, 2006, Prepared for Steve and Lori Camara 652 Old County Road” drawn by S. Roy Land Surveying & Associates, recorded with Bristol County South District Registry of Deeds at Plan Book 158, Page 47. Said Lot 3 contains 60,920.5 square feet or 1.40 acres, according to said plan.

(2) Those premises conveyed by deed of Steven Camara and Lori A. Camara to Scott F. Jasparro and Julie M. Jasparro dated October 25, 2006 recorded with Bristol S.D. Registry of Deeds in Book 8374 Page 240 and described as follows: that parcel or lot of land, with improvements thereon, located in Westport, Bristol County, Massachusetts, being bounded and described as follows: Being Lot 1 shown on a plan entitled “Approval Not Required Old County Road, Westport, MA Date: April 10, 2006, prepared for Steve and Lori Camara 652 Old County Road” drawn by S. Roy land Surveying & Associates, recorded with Bristol County South Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 158, Page 47.(3) those premises conveyed by deed of Steven Camara and Lori A. Camara to Cesar Amaral and Julie D. Nadeau- Amaral and recorded on March 27, 2006 with Bristol S.D. Registry of Deeds in Book 8583 Page 331 and described as follows: Being Lot 2 shown on a plan entitled “Approval Not Required Old County Road, Westport, MA Date: April 10, 2006, prepared for Steve and Lori Camara 652 Old County Road” drawn by S. Roy land Surveying & Associates, recorded with Bristol County South Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 158, Page 47.To wit: The land in Westport, Bristol County, Massachusetts, more fully described as follows: PARCEL ONE: BEGINNING at the southeast corner of land now or formerly owned by Albert B. Briggs and in the northerly line of the road (Old County Road) leading from Smith Mills village in Dartmouth to the head of the Westport River so-called, thence NORTH 70 15’ EAST about 1,353 feet by property of said Briggs and property now or formerly of Charles E. and Annie Gray to the northwest corner; thence

SOUTH 770 15’ EAST about 561 feet by property of Acushnet Saw Mills to a corner; thence
