LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Westport Community Preservation Committee, in accordance with MGL, Ch 44B has scheduled a Public Information Hearing to be held on March 14, 2013 at 7:10 p.m. in Town Hall, Second Floor, 816 Main Road, Westport, MA. 02790. The Hearing will include but is not limited to:

HISTORIC PRESERVATION:
Preservation of historic Town Hall vault locks
Cemetery records preservation
Council on Aging historic preservation
Town Hall slate roof restoration
School District 18 Legion Hall Sanford Road historic preservation

OPEN SPACE:
Phase II, Bread and Cheese Brook study of the MEP

RECREATION:
Town Playground/Park accessibility and rehabilitation.

Westport residents who are interested in these projects or who wish to present projects in the area of Open Space, Community Housing, Historic Preservation and Recreation for future consideration are invited to attend.
