NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town Council of the Town of Warren will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 514 Main Street, Warren, RI, on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.

Public Hearing for a Town of Warren Official Zoning Map Amendment for the parcels located on Tax Assessor Plat 15B, Lots 20 (840 Main St.). The applicant Edward J. Cox, II seeks to change VB Zone to utilize permitted mixed use on premises, to operate VB commercial uses, but to preserve historic restaurant use of premises. The application may be reviewed in the Town Clerk’s office Monday – Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
