INVITATION TO BID
WASTEWATER TREATMENT & PUMPING FACILITIES
TOWN OF WARREN, RI
Sealed bids for the Electrical Upgrades to the Town’s Wastewater Treatment & Pumping Facilities shall be submitted to the Warren Town Clerk’s Office, 514 Main Street, Warren, RI 02885 by 11:00 am June 19, 2013 and at said location publicly opened and read aloud. Mark outside bid envelope with Name, bid item, time, and date of bid opening.
The Work involves electrical upgrades to the treatment facility’s Intermediate Pumping Station and to the Wood Street and Patterson Street Pumping Stations. The upgrades involve replacing existing pump motors and drives with new motors and variable frequency drives and associated appurtenances.
The Contract Documents may be obtained at the Warren Town Clerk’s Office, 514 Main Street, Warren, RI 02885 beginning on June 5, 2013 upon payment of a fee of $50 (company check) per set, which will be refunded to each document holder of record who returns the bidding documents in good condition within 15 days of the bid opening.
A pre-bid conference will be held for Electrical Contractors at the Warren Wastewater Treatment Facility, 427 Water Street, Warren, RI 02885 on 10:00 am June 12, 2013
