By judgment of the Bristol Town Council, at a public hearing conducted on November 14, 2012, authorization was granted to amend the Bristol Zoning Map. The amendment has changed the zone of approximately 1.92 acres of land from GB (General Business) to M (Manufacturing) for property belonging to Unimack Properties, LLC.

The affected property is located at 65 Tupelo Street (on the northerly side), Lot 6 on Assessor’s Plat 92 as previously advertised and annotated on a map appearing in this newspaper.

All interested parties may review and examine a copy of the approved zoning map amendment at the Bristol Town Clerk’s Office and at the Department of Community Development between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday- Friday. Copies of the approved amendment can be obtained from the Town Clerk’s Office at no cost.
