Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at the Town Hall, 343 Highland Road, in said Town of Tiverton, RI at 7:00 p.m. on the following:

Subdivision:

Stafford View Farm Preliminary Plan application to subdivide a 50.4 acre parcel into sixteen (16) single-family house lots. A total of approximately thirty-six (36) acres would be preserved as open space. Two (2) new roads would be required.

Anyone wishing to be heard in regard to this matter should be present at the afore- said time and place, or file a written appearance on or before 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 25, 2012.
